Standalone DK Prox Reader Kit with Remote 1,000 User Capacity

The DoorKing 1524-080 is a self-contained DK Prox card reader kit designed for standalone access control applications at a single gate or door. This all-in-one system is ideal for gated communities, commercial buildings, and small-scale installations where a simple, secure card solution is required without wiring to a central controller.

The kit includes the 1524 reader, 1815-340 handheld IR remote, ADD and DELETE programming cards, and a 12VDC power supply. It supports up to 1,000 DK Prox credentials, which can be programmed using the remote or cards directly at the reader. The enclosure is weather-resistant and backlit, suitable for outdoor mounting on flat surfaces or optional gooseneck posts.

A secondary Wiegand input is also provided, allowing connection of a second reader for in/out configurations, and the unit includes an input for a free-exit button.

Use with DK Prox credentials only. Compatible card types include 1508-120 ISO-style cards and 1508-121 clamshell cards. Not compatible with HID or AWID formats.
